These terms apply when a company ("you") uses Edge HR, provided by Anuj Gupta, a sole proprietor who owns and runs edgehrms.in, with a business address at 404, B1, ITS Enclave, Delhi 110059 ("Edge HR", "we"). Your signed order form or agreement with us takes priority where it says something different.
1. The service
Edge HR provides HR and payroll software, its setup, hosting, routine changes and support, as described in your chosen plan on our pricing page or in your order form.
2. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate policies, salary structures and employee data during setup
- Review payroll results before paying salaries or filing statutory returns
- Keep logins secure and remove access for people who leave
- Have a lawful basis to collect and store your employees' data in Edge HR
Edge HR calculates payroll and statutory deductions from the rules and data you provide. Day-to-day HR operations, salary payments and statutory filings remain your responsibility.
3. Fees and billing
- Plans are billed per active employee, with a minimum of 25 employees
- Fees are invoiced monthly or quarterly in advance, plus GST, at the rates shown on our pricing page for that billing period
- A one-time setup fee of ₹5,000 applies on monthly billing and is waived on quarterly billing. Enterprise setup is quoted in writing before work starts
- Invoices are due within 15 days of issue

4. Your data
You own all data you put into Edge HR. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can request a full export at any time.
5. Availability and support
We work to keep Edge HR available at all times, apart from planned maintenance, which we schedule outside business hours where possible. Support is provided on WhatsApp and email as described in your plan.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Edge HR, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Ending the service
Either side can end the service with 30 days written notice before the next billing period. We may suspend access if invoices remain unpaid after reminders. When the service ends, we provide a full export of your data and then delete it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
