Your own database
Each company runs on its own separate database. Your data is never mixed with another company's.
Automatic backups
Your data is backed up automatically every day and kept off the main server, so it can be restored if something goes wrong.
Role-based access
Employees see only their own records. Managers see their teams. Salaries are visible to HR and finance only.
Secure logins
Encrypted connections, password strength rules, and two-step login for admin accounts.
Change history
Changes to employee records and salary details are logged with who made them and when.
Full export, any time
Your data belongs to you. Ask for a complete export whenever you want, and always when you leave.
