Who counts as an employee?
Anyone active on your payroll during the billing period. People who have left aren't counted, and HR, finance or manager logins don't add anything extra.
Is GST included?
No. Prices shown exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.
Why does billing start at 25 employees?
Setup and support take about the same effort for a team of 10 as for 25. If you have fewer than 25 people, you pay for 25.
What does the setup fee cover?
Turning your policies into system rules, importing your employees, setting up roles and letters, training your HR team and one month of running payroll side by side with your current method. It is a flat ₹5,000 on monthly billing whatever your headcount, and free when you pay quarterly.
What is the difference between monthly and quarterly billing?
Quarterly costs less. You pay three months in advance at ₹39 per employee on Essential and ₹69 on Growth, with no setup fee. Monthly billing is ₹49 on Essential and ₹79 on Growth, plus ₹5,000 once for setup.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply from the next month. Downgrades apply from your next billing period.

How do we pay?
